A multi-room job requires agreement about which walls and ceilings need a finishing skim and which need more substantial preparation. The existing surface condition can vary from room to room.
Stairwells, hallways, junctions and other access points also affect the work sequence. Photographs and a room-by-room scope help make a quotation more precise.
